I have been taking group exercise classes for 4 months at Omega Performance Center (OPC) and I absolutely love it! Before I started working out at OPC, I was extremely unhappy about my fitness level. I had no motivation to do anything about the way I felt. I couldn't figure out which exercise program to do so I did nothing. I felt like there was no way I could get fit.

However, that has changed since my experience with Sarah, Craig, Melissa and Omega Performance Center. I actually look forward to the group exercise classes. Since joining OPC, I am focused, motivated,and feeling one hundred percent better about myself. When I leave the classes, I feel good because I've already done something healthy for myself. I have been eager going and taking the exercise classes and it has become important part of my schedule.

The results from my workouts have gone way beyond the tape measure or scale. I never thought that I would get into an effective exercise program and stick to it, but OPC offers a variety of different group exercise classes which makes it fun. I am happy, motivated, and committed to my fitness program. I would recommend OPC to anyone who is looking for a serious workout with motivating, fun and knowledgeable instructors.

I decided in January on my 39th birthday that my goal this year would be to get into the best shape and be the healthiest I have ever been by my 40th birthday.

I had walked by Omega Performance Center many times on my way to Learning Express. Even stopped in and talked to Craig about what they offered, but never made that final step to join. I have always enjoyed working out, but had just gotten out of the groove of things. With 4 kids and life happening there was always an excuse not to get healthy, but this time I was going to stop my excuses and do something about it. Finally, in January before my 39th birthday I made that big step and took my first class. After my first class I decided to do Personal Training. I felt that I needed the motivation that a Personal Trainer could provide. I was on my way.
At Omega, they do not believe in diet- it is a healthy lifestyle change that ANYONE with a bit of determination can achieve. I won’t say it is easy, but what good in life comes easy? As Craig always says DETERMINATION=RESULTS. And nothing could be truer.

It has now been 15 weeks that I have been training at Omega Performance Center and have to say it was one of the best decisions that I made. I have since lost 24 lbs., dropped my body fat percentage from an unhealthy 26% to a healthy 15% and still dropping. I feel healthier, I look healthier and most of all I am healthier. I could have never done this without the continued support and encouragement that I get at Omega Performance Center.
I have never worked out at a gym that offers the personal support and undeniable knowledge of exercise and nutrition that Omega Performance Center offers. I am often made fun of by my friends that they think I am obsessed with working out now. Maybe I am, but I think what I’m obsessed with is trying to be healthy. I find nothing wrong with that. There are certainly a lot worse things that someone could be obsessed with. I have met many new great people and many new great friends who share my so called obsession with being healthy.

So, if you’re like I was 15 weeks ago- don’t think twice about taking the steps to making your life healthier. You will never regret it! And your family will thank you as well. My husband actually joined me. It’s so much easier to make an excuse of why you can’t than to make the commitment that you CAN!

I’ve been working out ever since I can remember. Sometimes its so hard to get motivated to push myself through a workout. The group classes at Omega really force me to work hard and stay motivated. I also like how such a wide variety of classes are offered, because you are always being challenged in a different way. And they’re a lot of fun too!

I am 47years old and have been in a battle since my freshman year to loose my freshman 15lb. That’s actually over 25 years! I have tried every diet, read all the books and have joined numerous gyms. It was really all about the weight for me and I was up and down but never healthy or physically strong. I can honestly say that for the first time in my life I understand what it takes to get results and get on the right track to being healthy and fit and staying there. I absolutely love the group classes at Omega. They are challenging me in ways I have never been challenged and that’s what I needed. I love the variety of classes, you can mix it up and do what works for you so you don’t get bored. I cannot thank Craig enough for giving me a great shot at being very fit at 50!

I have been working out with the professionals at Omega Performance
Center for the last nine months. Just prior to joining, I had lost 25
pounds on my own, but was not feeling strong. My weight loss efforts
followed many years of no exercise, little attention to my food intake,
and plenty of health issues. While I was proud of myself for losing the
weight, I had no energy and did not enjoy the exercise I was doing.

Enter Omega. I started by trying a kickboxing class. Next came
Pilates, then Step. I also did some personal training with Craig. I
began to feel stronger, and noticed some toning and strength that were
not there before. 
What a difference!
I am forty years old, but never felt more fit. I now try almost every type of class that is offered.

What is the difference between Omega and other exercise programs? I
would sum it up this way:

1. The Instructors! The instructors here are true experts. They are
aware of everyone in their class, and will ensure that the correct form
and technique is used to prevent injury and maximize results. The
classes are varied and filled with positive energy and reinforcement. I
now love to exercise!

2. The Philosophy! At Omega, we are encouraged to push ourselves to
achieve great things. We are also taught to respect our own
individuality and to seek a goal of total fitness. It does not matter
if you are a fitness novice (as I was) or a fitness fanatic. All that
matters is that you care about your health and want to do things
"right".

3. The Facility! Omega has the latest quality equipment...from
spinning bikes to body bars. The facility is clean and organized. The
owners are committed to the studio, and it shows.

I have told many friends about my positive experiences at Omega Fitness
Center and never hesitate to recommend it as a means to achieve great
and lasting results. I am very proud to be a member.
